7 Tips On How To Look Pretty Post-Pandemic

So, we’ve all been cooped up in our homes for quite some time, and now things may start to open up, at least here in Palm Beach County. I don’t know about you, but I’m sure ready to get out of the leggings and yoga-pant wearing routine and dress up for a night out. If you love style, you may be put off by wearing a standard white or colored medical mask. Well, there is good news…you have more options now! We are seeing a huge rise in fashion brands creating their take on the ‘stylish face masks’, and we recently did a post about some super stylish ones here. So, go ahead, put on your mask with confidence and step out in a pretty look.

Here are 7 tips to consider when you head of your house out for the first time.

  1. Haven’t had your hair done recently? Braid it, and twist it up into a bun.
  2. Wear close-toed, but fun shoes! Let’s face it, we all haven’t had our nails done in what seems like FOREVER!
  3. Wear a jacket overtop of your dress so you can take it off before you get home to prevent germ spread.
  4. Try and find some coordinating masks to match your mask with your outfit. Need extra protection? Use a medical mask underneath your fashion mask.
  5. Wear cute earrings. Masks aren’t super flattering, so any way you can “dress up” your feminine side with a mask, do it!
  6. Don’t wear lipstick. It’ll get all smeared up on your mask…
  7. You can do your makeup, but mainly only focus on your eyes. Contouring is really a waste when you’re covered up by a mask.
